It had too many characters and I had to read the summary everytime to know who was who and had wat problem. My book club started with friends and acquaintances, but at this point we are all friends. We don't talk about only books (but we DO discuss the book) and I think that has put off a couple potential members. <br />Selections are made by consensus. Every month anyone can bring a book they'd like the group to read and we select one for the next meeting - not anywhere near the formal selection process most groups have.
